Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Pitch Perfect Robotics Ltd (“PPR”).
By booking services with PPR the client agrees to these terms.
1. Services
Pitch Perfect Robotics Ltd provides robotic sports pitch line marking services including:
• Football pitch marking
• Rugby pitch marking
• Multi-sport pitch layouts
• School sports marking
• Tournament layouts
• Club logo marking
Services are delivered using GPS robotic line marking equipment.
2. Bookings
Bookings may be made through:
• The PPR website
• Telephone
• Signed booking form
All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide safe access to the pitch
• Ensure the playing surface is clear of obstacles
• Ensure grass length is suitable for marking
• Provide access to water if required
If access cannot be gained or the pitch is unsuitable, the visit may still be chargeable.
4. Pricing
Service pricing will be confirmed:
• At time of booking
• In a quotation
• In a service agreement
Prices may vary depending on:
• Pitch size
• Travel distance
• Service frequency
• Additional marking requirements
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
PPR reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid.
6. Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a booking.
Late cancellations may incur a 75% service charge.
Where services cannot be completed due to weather conditions the visit will be rescheduled.
7. Weather Conditions
Services may be delayed or postponed due to:
• Heavy rainfall
• Frozen ground
• Unsafe pitch conditions
PPR will rearrange the visit at the earliest available time.
8. Liability
Pitch Perfect Robotics Ltd shall not be liable for:
• Pre-existing pitch damage
• Drainage issues
• Ground conditions beyond our control
• Delays caused by weather or site access
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Insurance
PPR maintains appropriate insurance including:
• Public Liability Insurance
• Equipment Insurance
Insurance documentation is available upon request.
10. Health & Safety
PPR operates under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and carries out risk assessments for all services.
Clients must ensure the pitch area is safe and accessible.
11. Data Protection
Client information is handled in accordance with:
UK GDPR
Data Protection Act 2018
Information will only be used for service delivery and administration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Acceptance
By booking services with Pitch Perfect Robotics Ltd the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
